It's pumpkin time again :) Who doesn't like the this season of golden leaves, juicy apples, cozy sweaters, romantic foggy days with warm tea and of course - pumpkins. And these are not just only good for decoration, but are very tasty to eat... I just recently recooked for my Mom two of my favorite fall dishes that my friend Lily cooked last year for us - her Shepherd's Pie and a Morrocan Pumpkin Chickpea Stew with Harissa. Delicious and my Mom, even though she doesn't like to try new things and never eats pumpkin, loved them!
Here a quick list of a few pumpkin dishes and other recipes that remind me on a beautiful fall time and that you can find on my blog:
- Morrocan Pumpkin Chickpea Stew with Harissa
- Shepherd's Pie Lily Style
- Carl's Baked Delicata and Carnival Squash
- Pumpkin Cannelloni with White Wine - Sour Cream - Sage Sauce
- Pumpkin Troll Horns
- Hasselback Apples á la Jamie
- Blueberry Muffins Canadian Style
- My Mom's Cranberry Compote - goes well with Waffles!
- My Mom's Apple Cake - that's just a dish that always works :)
