RESTAURANTS & FOOD TOURS

My food tour experiences:

A list of restaurants I enjoyed on my travels:

Australia

Canada (British Columbia)

  • Butchart Garden Afternoon Tea at the Dining Room (Victora, BC) - if you like afternoon tea, this is the place to go in Victoria... there may be more expansive or fancy ones (like at the Fairmont Hotel), but this place has really nice snacks (my favorite was the battenberg cake (with marzipan) and a fantastic view over the gardens (check out my post)
  • Irish Times Pub (Victoria, BC) - great atmosphere, nice beer on tap, good to watch the soccer world cup :)
  • Red Fish Blue Fish (Victora, BC) - outdoor waterfront eatery on the wooden pier in Victoria's harbor, food is prepared in a little shack (actually it is a container), line might be long as it is really good food and an attraction
  • Sticky Wicket Pub (Victoria, BC) - it's called an entertainment center, it is a really noble looking bar/pub with lots of good beer on tap, a little pricy

Europe
